I have decided to write my autobiography entitled, "Holes In My Shoes." I have created the website, HOLESINMYSHOES.ORG which will be used for my ebook's content. When I was around 8 years old, living in Camden, NY, as I was walking down the street with my friend, Ebby, who was several years older than myself, she asked me a question. "Cina," she said, "why do you have holes in your shoes?" She told me that she would never forget the look on my little face with my big blue eyes and my straight, blonde pony tail, as I looked up to her with a sad look on my face and replied, "I don't know." I knew when I was that young, that just because I had holes in my shoes, I was going to grow up and write my story about those holes in my shoes because even though those holes were there, they were there for a good reason. My mommy was waiting for my daddy to send her some money so she could buy me and my big sister new shoes, that's why those holes were there, because I needed new ones, that's all. I didn't mind having those holes in my shoes, for a little while longer. Other kids laughed at me all the time at school because of those holes in my shoes, but I didn't care what they thought. I knew that my daddy loved me and he wasn't going to let me go for too much longer with those holes in my shoes, no way!

Shortly after that very day, mommy called me and my big sister Michelle and said, "Come on girls, get your coats on, we're going to the shoe store!" At that young age, I was learning to be patient and also to have faith that no matter what bad things happen in your life, it always gets better. You see, that very day I learned that, you don't have to walk in a man's shoes to know where he's been, all you have to do is, buy him a new pair to get him to where he's going. I looked up to Heaven, and thanked GOD for loving me so. rce (1959).

Recently - A Policeman told me "don't play a hero in his town". It happened just after I saved an elderly women's life from being cut short when her boyfriend who's an xcop beat her outside my door July 16, 2012. The xcop was interrupted by me opening my door when I responded to her cries for help. The xcop through her to floor like a rag doll. In a single step the xcop stepped directly through me and my door and punched my nose. He is 300lbs and almost 7' tall. He spilled his wallet all over my floor. When he left - he left evidence behind. I called 911 and when police arrived they refused to let either of us press charges against the xcop. Instead I was cuffed behind my back and punched in my gut. The fire rescue paramedics laughed at me while I was dying before their eyes. The fire rescue paramedic who hooked up IV to me kept missing the vein saying "Oops! Don't play hero in this town". He smiled while saying it to me and was looking the officer in the eyes, the one that cuffed me and punched me in my gut rupturing my spleen - telling me "dont play hero in his town". These people sworn to protect us are "Sinister" they were laughing while I was dying. The dr's wrote on report I arrived to them w/ 10min critical time. Which means 10 min will of been dead. The dr's wrote on the report I lost half my blood to internal bleeding. The dr's noted on the report 2 large lacerations on my spleen. When They woke me up they told me It was "miraculous" I survived. Before I was cuffed I had my iPhone out and video taped the ordeal till you see in the (other) video the police and paramedics placing their hands over the camera telling me to shut it off. I shut off, placed it in my pocket & was immediately cuffed behind my back and assaulted. I posted the evidence videos to YouTube for safe keeping in case my phone was stolen while I recovered in intensive care unit. Finally 8 days later I made it home from hospital & was threatened by xcop, he said he was going to kill me and showed me his gun. I called 911 and police came out. They said to me while on video that Im on my own. Being I nearly died as described in the hospital report, that means the officer who nearly killed me "for playing hero" should be brought up on attempted murder charges. That very night 11:58pm a policeman knocked on my door and warned me to take down the videos I posted or else they were coming for me next day. At 12:30am I was talking to "Maryal @ rightthisminute.com" on the phone; a national news media women. We spoke about my ordeal she saw my video evidence I posted. She said she spoke to PR guy at police and she made me call on three way calling with her so she could document my attempt to file complaint with them. What happened the next day is seen in my video "Police Home invade No Warrant" video. The full uniform police PR guy showed up in huge force as I video taped them. I video taped them illegally breaking into my home swat teams with machine guns to my face & They Had NO WARRANT. The video shows Clearly they did not state they had a warrant and also never said that they are the police. I was visible on my balcony to policemen as they distract me while SWAT breaks in No Warrant. I had no shirt with medical grade staples clearly from head to toe as I just got home from the hospital. The police claimed they came to my home because they got a call stating I was going to harm myself. Here we are 90 days after and the person who called has come forward on record stating he was stopped by police while exited the parking lot. They coerced him to make a fake call to police stating his neighbor was about to harm himself. He explained Police coerced him by planting something on him and telling him he was going to jail had he not obeyed them. I filmed from my balcony the police in huge force. Clearly the police had come in huge force before the fake call. I video taped them before they realized they parked their cars on the wrong side of the building exposing themselves to my video camera. The Coral Springs Police Department is absolutely corrupt. It goes beyond all conceivable measure. This is so crazy you can't imagine. You must watch the evidence videos I posted. People say I'm alive only because I was video taping. Scary beyond nightmare. Be safe and well people. It's a whole new world out side.
Pass on some love today instead of hatred like police.

I know what it's like to be around an unprofessional policeman/woman. It's so frightening, words can barely describe it. You are psychologically trusting this "Safe Person" whom you grew up truly believing was your true and trusted friend, only to be shocked into abruptly seeing the very opposite. Instead of being near one of your guardian angels, suddenly you are stuck right in front of a vicious pitbull showing it's teeth at you, the innocent citizen!

I know what Mrs. Mait is suffering, because I too have been forced to feel the very same way that she feels now. Police today are frightening. You don't know which one is going to be mean, after you've suffered such a traumatic shock such as Police Abuse. You're never the same again. I see that Mrs. Mait has made her home like a little Heaven on earth for herself, a Sanctuary of Safety, just as I have done to my sweet little home.

I am praying for Mrs. Mait, after viewing her horrific video of Police torture. I pray that Almighty GOD will restore Peace of mind to her, once again. My own brother is a cop with a bad attitude and I haven't seen him in over 50 years! LETTER TO SENATOR KIRSTEN GILLIBRAND

March 2, 2013

Dear Senator Gillibrand,
I am 61 years old and I receive SSD for my physical disabilities. I live in

Rome, NY and I know that you care for Senior Citizens.

I need your help. There are landlords here in Rome, NY who are literally

abusing their tenants. I know this because I am one of their victims and it is

now literally killing me. I believe that now, I am going into heart failure as

the direct result of their abuse.

I live at ....... Apts. here in Rome, NY. I moved into my apt in September of

2011. I love my apt. It's sunny and spacious and even though I must pay

60.00 extra per month for my 2 little house trained dogs per month, I am

quite happy living here.

However, after I moved in, the elderly couple below me, who have lived

here for over 17 years, began to harass me by waking me up at 7 am each

day with horrible booms and bangs from their apt. I told the Rental Agent of

this activity and she called them, which made it worse.

I was only here for 3 weeks when I received a call from my landlord stating

that the couple below me told him that I was throwing trash out of my

bathroom window, when in fact, it was the elderly man who did this, I saw

him do it with my own eyes. The landlord said to me, after I told him that I

was innocent to, "well, just don't do it again."

Senator, I need your attention. I am founder of a non profit organization

called, "In The Name Of Humanity." It is an organization that helps the

poor, disabled and elderly.

I know that I am not the only person who this landlord is hurting and

falsely accusing. He is in fact, breaking his own lease that states that no

tenant will harass any other tenant in any way. The very thing that not only

the elderly and mean couple below me are doing, but also him, himself.

Please help us, Senator Gillibrand, this kind of inhumane and cruel

treatment to innocent tenants must be stopped now. Landlord even

threatened me that he will notify Housing Authority about me being a bad

tenant, when in fact, I am the perfect tenant in every way. I love my

neighbor as myself.

I sent an email to Rome HA regarding this heinous behavior by the parties

involved.

My blood pressure is almost uncontrollable, my physician had to double

my HB medication and asked me to take another medication to remove

anxiety because of this tortuous treatment by the parties involved.

There should be a law created that protects the poor, disabled and elderly

who are receiving Section 8, who 's abusive landlords, who participate in

HUD/Section 8, from abuse, period.

Senator Gillibrand, I truly trust that you will not overlook this and you will

possibly use my horrific experiences with these neglectful and abusive

landlords once and for all, to bring forth a law that will protect innocent

tenants from this type of abuse.

TORTURE IN AMERICA 2013

Right now, today, I am suffering at the hands of an elderly couple who lives below me. They have literally been torturing me since I moved into my apt in Sept of 2011, by lying to the landlord and his rental agent telling them that I am using profanity against them, throwing trash from my windows, etc., when in FACT, it is THEM who are doing these atrocities against ME. I have 2 false strikes against me now. The landlord is breaking his own lease by not protecting me, his tenant against these vicious people. Instead, he told me that, "If anyone goes, it won't be them, they've lived here for 17 years."

In September of 2006, my Mother said to me, "Please honey, whatever you do, do not leave me in the Rome Memorial Hospital." My Mother Theresa was a retired VA nurse. I looked at her sad face and asked her why she told me that. Her reply was this, "..because they will kill me." My Mother was forced to go into that very hospital a couple of weeks later, due to the fact that her physician would not believe that she was ill enough to have Hospice, which was my Mother's true desire. After my mother was forced into the hospital against her dying wishes, she became angry with me and did not wish to see me. So, they put my mother into a unit in the hospital that is not even a legal part of the hospital called, Senior Behavioral Unit and used the "Privacy Law" to keep me from ever seeing my Mother Theresa, again. They neglected her severely causing her death from "severe dehydration" according to the death certificate, on October 16, 2006. I know that she was sorry that she became angry with me during her last moments on earth. But, for them to literally strip my Mother's Dignity from her is unforgivable, to say the very least. (true story included in my upcoming book, "Holes In My Shoes.")
