Right now, today, I am suffering at the hands of an elderly couple who lives below me. They have literally been torturing me since I moved into my apt in Sept of 2011, by lying to the landlord and his rental agent telling them that I am using profanity against them, throwing trash from my windows, etc., when in FACT, it is THEM who are doing these atrocities against ME. I have 2 false strikes against me now. The landlord is breaking his own lease by not protecting me, his tenant against these vicious people. Instead, he told me that, "If anyone goes, it won't be them, they've lived here for 17 years."
